School Surprises

"The Online Community The School Provided Was Unexpected...
I was surprised by the amount of extra support you were given. We were provided laptops with a "Blackboard" program where all your online classes housed. It was like it's own little community. The instructors seemed less involved with you though. They more or less posted a lecture and assigned paperwork. There was no room for an open discussion during the class. That was disappointing." "Easier But More Time-Consuming Than I Expected...
What surprised me most about my online college program was how time-consuming it was. Because it was an online degree, there was a much higher focus on written work than would normally be expected in a traditional college setting. The greatest advise I can give is to learn APA format extremely well, because most instructors at the school focus more of the APA formatting than on the actual content.
